Kingkor Roy Tirtho cc21568457 fix(build): restore version catalog lost in dev merge ... The merge of dev resolved the libs.versions.toml conflict by taking the wrong catalog: it reverted the Kotlin 2.4.21 / Compose 1.12.2 / Zipline 1.28.0 upgrade and dropped dev's jmustache entries, so buildSrc failed with "Unresolved reference 'jmustache'".
